Spicy Apricot Meatballs


Spicy Apricot Meatballs

40 meatballs (I make my own, but pre-made ones are good too)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
hot sauce (to taste)

Melt butter in a sauce pan. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Combine remaining ingredients into onion mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over meatballs and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or in slow cooker for 3 hours on high.

Great freezer meal!

This is Lady & Bug's ultimate favourite meal, I am always amazed that they eat way more than me when this meal comes out.
